* Run 1 - Merewether Ocean Baths to Newcastle Baths.
*** Faster runners do 2 - 4 x Stair/ Henderson Pade Loop (300m) before they start run to Newcastle Baths

* Swim 1 - 4 to 10 laps of 50 metre pool Newcastle Baths

* Run 2 - Newcastle Baths to end of Nobbys Breakwall & onto Newcastle Baths
*** Slower runners can turn around early here!

* Swim 2 - 4 to 10 laps of 50 metre pool Newcastle Baths

* Run 3 - ALL runners Newcastle Baths to The Bogey Hole
*** Faster Runners do King Edward Park loop before going to the Bogey Hole

* Swim 3 OPTIONAL dependant on surf conditions - 10 laps The Bogey Hole.

* Run 4 - The Bogey Hole to Merewether Baths
*** Faster runners do 2 - 4 x Stair/ Henderson Pade Loop (300m) before swim!

* Swim 4 - 4 to 10 laps Merewether Baths

* Run 5 - 1 Set of Stairs to Finish - walk back down!
