Friday 4pm Picnic Swansea Bay Beach til sunset BYO family picnic. Despite living around the corner we have booked the weekend in the Swansea Holiday Park - this is a great place to start the weekend. It’s one of the reasons we chose Swansea to live.

We encourage kids & parents - an amazing place to swim or paddle around - shallow, flat water extending 100 metres out from shore! If kids feel the cold bring wetsuits & goggles.
Friday 6pm Orana Hotel drinks with awesome food available.
Anyone driving up from Sydney this is a good option.
Saturday 8am Caves Beach Trail Run or Walk to Catherine Hill Bay Rockpool. This is a 10km course starting finishing with 1km on road then onto the trails! There is a map link on photo & we encourage everyone to follow the trail left down to Quarries Head after the Spoon Rocks lookout - Spot’s favorite place to run! Meet Caves Beach Surf Club
Shorter option - you can start at the end of Spoon Rocks Road - perfect for kids that want to do a shorter walk & see some amazingly scenery! If you do 5km you will still get to see Spoon Rocks lookout, Quarries Head & Pinnys Beach.

Saturday 10am Caves Beach Surf Swim - we expect a HUGE swim group here with loads of people travelling up from Sydney!
Session: we will swim in/ out through the waves - faster swimmers go further out!

Rookies Welcome - we will look after each other but Spot will also be swimming with others as well…. 1km non-stop freestyle safety standard applies.

Sunday 8am Salts Bay Swim - flat open water swim location out of the wind in stormy south winds & swell.
We swim up & back to the 1st break-wall with each swim 300 - 500 metres!

8am Early Start: early start so you can get back to hotel for shower before checking out!
