Salts Bay International Triathlon Training Day
- December 22: 7am SHARP meet 6:45am!
* Swim: along Salts Bay around break-wall & into beach (500m). Return same way (1km) Slower swimmers turn earlier = 600m - 1km swim!
* Cycle (22 - 34km) - Northcote Ave & through McDonalds Roundabout to Old Pacific Highway.Follow to Murrays Beach, Nords Wharf, Pacific Highway to Murrays Beach turn off, Old Pacific Highway to McDonalds roundabout.
- Faster riders do 2nd Murrays to Nords Wharf Loop (12km).

* Run - along grass to Lucys Breakwall, right into Lambton Parade, left into Waratah St & follow around to Pacific Drive/ Francis St turning right back onto Northcote Ave, Lambton Pde turning left back to Salts Bay (2.5km). Do 1 - 2 loops!
